Important Information

Time Limits
  • Damaged/Missing Items: Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery
  • Quality Issues: Claims must be submitted within 24 hours for perishable items
  • Wrong Items: Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
Photo Evidence

For faster processing, please include clear photos showing the issue. For damaged items, photograph the packaging as well as the product.
